At 1Trolley Cloud, I led the engineering system around delivery: automated tests and CI gates, deployment automation, mobile release pipelines, environment standards, release coordination, and post-release monitoring.
I helped establish automated testing as a normal delivery requirement by making a passing suite and coverage for changed code required pull-request checks. The team used smaller release batches and automated pipelines, moving backend and web production releases from weeks apart to weekly or multiple times per week.
The mobile release-engineering program began in 2023 and first affected a production app in 2024. Its verified rollout sequence was Tim Hortons Middle East, followed by Hive Retailer and then Hive Driver. Public store history confirms these products shipped during my tenure. Across the wider tracked portfolio, six apps have at least 77 recoverable public version events during my employment; that is a conservative portfolio evidence count, not a claim that I personally authored every release or that every app adopted the newer pipeline.
