Evaluates performance across departments and demographics

3. Productivity Module: -

Monitors work hours and overtime

Tracks project distribution and WFH patterns

Correlates satisfaction with workload

4. Employee Details Module: -

Maintains comprehensive employee records

Enables filtered views of employee data

1. Workforce shows balanced gender distribution with majority holding bachelor's degrees
