Bundle is a mobile app I designed to meet the unique needs of users by offering a convenient way to access a variety of products they use regularly. Users can browse categories, select items, and add them to their personalized monthly 'Bundle' for delivery.

The goal was to design an intuitive experience that encourages ongoing user engagement and enhances the convenience of managing recurring monthly deliveries. By offering a tailored, subscription-based service, users can reduce the burden of frequent shopping and focus on other important activities.

The primary users are busy men. They have demanding schedules, balancing multiple responsibilities. They need an easy, hassle-free way to manage everyday supplies, ranging from personal care items to snacks.

The research process involved user competitor analysis. The insights revealed that users are highly motivated by convenience and price, while also being conscious of flexibility and personalization. They wanted a subscription that offered them control, rather than one that locked them into fixed items.

From the analysis, my strategy was to focus on three key elements:

✅ Personalization - Allowing users to tailor their monthly Bundle according to their specific needs and preferences.

✅ Transparency - Making it easy for users to see when products would arrive, how to manage their orders, and view their billing details without any confusion.

✅ Engagement - Providing an intuitive experience that feels rewarding and keeps them coming back each month to update their Bundles.

The design process began with creating user flows based on typical scenarios: from signing up to building a Bundle, managing orders, and tracking deliveries. I developed wireframes to establish the key features and screens, such as the sign-up page, product categories, and Bundle management.

3️⃣ Tracking and Notifications: A tracking page informs users about the delivery status of their Bundle, reducing uncertainty.

4️⃣ Profile Management: Easy access to profile information, past orders, and promotional codes encourages engagement and retention.

The initial feedback from the target audience has been positive, with users highlighting the app’s ease of use and the convenience of managing all their needs in one place.
