Existing solutions lack user-friendly interfaces, hindering partners’ ability to gain a comprehensive overview of the firm’s financial status. Additionally, task assignment and client management, including invoicing and payments, are often fragmented. There is a clear need for an integrated web application like Loya to address these issues and streamline the overall management of law firms.

Loya is an internal app for the law firm. The staff of this firm are between 25 and 55 years old. I researched design principles for these age brackets to help deliver a user-centred solution.
