Helping TikTok influencer gain the community they need. 📲

Client needed to get over a phase of slow traction and engagement on his TikTok profile. He had some notable videos go viral in the past but needed to figure out ways to improve his metrics and understand how to create content that travels. His current issues were: consistency, creative ideas, and understanding his audience.
His goals: secure more brand deals that align with his audience.
After a full audit of his metrics and his TikTok page, I implemented these important strategies to break the slow period and wake up his account.

📊 For his review, I suggested things like:

Learning and studying his main demographic on TikTok.

76% of his following are women. 
And almost half, 43%, of his followers are between 26-34.
51.5% of all followers are in the US.
This is where he could discover the issues this demographic faces, using his content to solve an issue, while introducing newer forms of content for younger or male audiences

I also suggested things like:

Engaging Content Mix: Diversify content types, including trends, challenges, and original content to cater to a broader audience.
Consistent Posting: Maintain a regular posting schedule, ideally 3-5X times a week for his personal content output. Choosing a day to jot down content topics, using another day batch create ( due to his schedule) and schedule out with captions.
Collaborations: Partner with other women influencers or creators in your niche to cross-promote content and tap into each other’s audiences.
Leverage Trends: sounds and challenges. Save them ahead of time during your content research phase.
Behind-the-Scenes: Offer a peek into your daily life or the making of your content to establish a more personal connection with followers.
Call-to-Action (CTA): Encourage users to engage by asking questions, participating in challenges, or sharing their thoughts, fostering a sense of community.
Optimize Keywords: Use a mix of relevant keywords and add to the content to increase discoverability. Find keywords that are current and widely searched. (provided a resource to search current keywords and most asked questions on Google)
Use another platform like Facebook groups to lock in on your community, where his demographic is more inclined to be at. Create a community in the career sector. This niche is typically always in trend as it's a niche everyone has questions or problems in.
Answer your followers questions from one video to create content for the next video. Create loophole content.

In addition…

If he wanted to secure brand deals and more sales from his digital products, that was a matter of pitching to brands and securing affiliate partnerships, as well as talking more about his products in his content.
Time constraints make it more difficult to focus full-time on his content creation, however, I suggested to start getting a consistent schedule down first. Then, when creating content solved around problems your audience needs, incorporate products and services you use already that also helped with the solution.
While his following his admirable, he has only pitched himself to brands a handful of times. I gave him separate resources to start finding contacts and collabs to apply for.
