Background
The client wanted to modernize the way patients discover healthcare providers and book appointments. Traditional appointment booking relied heavily on phone calls, long waiting times, and fragmented communication between clinics and patients.
The objective was to design a mobile-first digital healthcare platform that enables users to search for doctors, discover nearby clinics, schedule appointments instantly, and manage their healthcare journey through an intuitive mobile experience.
The product targeted busy families, patients with chronic illnesses, and users who frequently visit healthcare providers.
