Fastned is a Dutch company founded in 2012 that specializes in providing fast charging solutions for electric vehicles (EVs). The company operates a rapidly expanding network of charging stations across several European countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, and France. Fastned's mission is to make charging electric vehicles as easy and fast as refueling traditional cars, aiming to support the transition to sustainable transportation

As Fastned's UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for creating a responsive website that delivers a seamless and engaging user experience across multiple devices. My role involved designing intuitive layouts and interfaces that adapt smoothly to various screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. I implemented responsive design techniques, including fluid grids and flexible images, to guarantee the website's dynamic adaptation to different resolutions and orientations.

Additionally, I collaborated closely with other designers, developers, and content creators to align the design with both functional and aesthetic requirements. I conducted thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any design or functionality issues, optimized the website's performance for fast loading times, and ensured accessibility standards were met to cater to users with disabilities. By staying updated with the latest web design trends and technologies, I contributed to creating a high-quality digital experience that supports Fastned's mission of promoting sustainable transportation.
