How can we get revenue in a saturated market?
Only 3% average conversion rate of majority platforms.
Only 1% compare boilerplates on different platform.

I chose 3 direct competitors and 3 indirect competitors of useSAASkit.
I wanted to understand the positioning and structure followed by the competitors.
I benchmarked the competitors across various parameters such as target audience, performance, brand strategy and the visual approach of the website

I conducted virtual interviews with the co-founders and the tech team for an all-round perspective.
Used affinity maps to extract out common themes and conflicting assumptions.

A large part of useSAASkit’s business involves indirect interaction with the customer.
I wanted to gather the complaints and concerns expressed by the users when interacting with competitor platforms.

Some issues are better solved when there is a representation of all teams; business, design and tech.
Users will not trust the quality of useSAASkit product’s easily due to high cost.
We collectively came up with a simplified catalog with only 2 plans to avoid confusion.
