This project aimed to boost lead volume and quality for a real estate client by targeting affluent individuals and serious investors. We faced challenges standing out in a competitive market and effectively reaching qualified buyers. I identified key demographics and created engaging carousel and video ads showcasing property features. I optimized lead forms with qualifying questions and implemented retargeting campaigns for interested users. As a result, we increased lead volume and quality, reducing cost per lead by 25% and driving more qualified inquiries and property visits.
