Product note: Sales teams globally need an AI assistant who can help them research prior to key sales calls with potential clients, take notes for them during the call, and help them wrap up post-call by sending out appropriate communication to the leads as well as consolidating key details in a CRM tool. This AI sales assistant does all that.

During sales calls, a user might want to highlight key parts of the conversation that are critical. In order to do so, the user can use the 'highlight' feature.
