Scope: A fee calculator that can be used by recruiters to assess an approximate budget to hire and engage a team of freelance workers across multiple functions and skills. The tool works on a vast dataset of freelance pay benchmarks that have been collected over several years across multiple roles.

Usability: The user has to define his/her freelance talent requirement to the tool by mentioning a bunch of information, like the function and skillset, industry expertise, and years of experience. The output would be given out in the form of graphical insights indicating a rough budget that would be required for the user to hire freelancers with the expertise and experience highlighted.
