Problem statement: Organizations that actively engage with external talent (or freelance workforce) at scale struggle to manage the entire workflow for all their running consultants and lose precious hours on admin tasks that should be easily automated.

Some more context: Organizations not only want to be able to post their hiring requirements for their upcoming projects and hire the right fit, but also need to have visibility over the currently ongoing projects, analytics related to the hiring process and an overall team structure wherein multiple stakeholders from their teams can interact, collaborate, and cross-work on shared hiring needs.

Apart from that, they also want to manage all the running contracts and payments, syncs their entire external workforce all onto a single dashboard.
