urning a Broad Marketing Offer Into One Clear Growth Funnel

LFG is a B2B marketing agency focused on helping businesses improve how they attract, nurture, and convert customers.
Its offer covers several connected areas—including website optimization, workflow automation, lead conversion, personalized messaging, ongoing improvement, and marketing strategy.
The challenge was to present this broad service offering as one coherent growth system rather than a disconnected list of marketing services.
I designed and developed a long-form website experience that moved prospective clients from recognizing their current conversion problems to understanding LFG’s approach, evaluating its capabilities, reviewing client proof, and taking the next step.

The Challenge

LFG was communicating several valuable services, but each one addressed a different part of the customer journey.
A visitor might need help with their website, automation, messaging, lead conversion, or overall marketing process—but may not know which problem is creating the biggest bottleneck.
The website therefore needed to answer several questions clearly:
What problems does LFG solve?
Why are visitors and leads not becoming customers?
How do LFG’s services work together?
What would improve after working with the agency?
What makes its approach different from another marketing provider?
Is there enough proof to trust the company?
What should an interested prospect do next?
The challenge was not simply fitting all the services onto one page. It was creating a clear order that helped visitors understand the relationship between their problems, LFG’s solutions, and the potential business outcome.

My Role

I led the project from conversion strategy and copywriting through UI/UX design and responsive Framer development.
My responsibilities included:
Information architecture and page hierarchy
Conversion-focused page structure
UI/UX design
Visual direction and design-system development
Service and workflow presentation
Supporting marketing graphics
Responsive development
Reusable sections and components
Interaction and animation design
Mobile optimization
Quality assurance and final implementation

Leading With the Business Transformation

The opening experience was designed around the result the target audience wants: turning more leads into loyal customers.
Instead of starting with a generic agency introduction, the hero presents a strong transformation, supports it with credibility indicators, and gives visitors two ways to continue:
Take the primary conversion action
Watch the video to understand the offer first
This supports both high-intent prospects who are ready to act and lower-intent visitors who need more context before making a decision.
The large video visual also introduces a human presence early in the experience, helping the agency feel more personal and credible.

Creating Early Trust

Marketing agencies operate in a category where visitors are naturally skeptical.
The page therefore introduces trust immediately through:
Client or partner logos
Review indicators
Human imagery
A visible founder or spokesperson
Customer testimonials
Clear service explanations
Repeated proof throughout the journey
Rather than asking visitors to accept the main promise without evidence, the design progressively adds credibility as the page moves toward the final call to action.

Helping Visitors Recognize Their Problems

The “Common Hurdles Our Clients Encounter” section was structured around problems the target audience could recognize in its own business.
This creates self-identification before introducing the solution.
Instead of immediately presenting LFG’s services, the page first surfaces issues such as:
Website traffic that does not convert
Leads falling through disconnected workflows
Inconsistent follow-up
Generic messaging
Weak customer journeys
Marketing activity without clear improvement
Systems that depend on manual work
This is important because visitors are more likely to understand the value of the solution after they have clearly recognized the cost of the current problem.

Moving From Friction to Possibility

The following section reframes those challenges into a more optimistic direction.
The visual transition from the problem section into “Say Goodbye to Those Tricky Conversion Hurdles” helps the page move from diagnosis to possibility.
Rather than keeping the visitor focused only on what is going wrong, the page begins showing what a more connected marketing system could look like.
This creates a natural bridge between the buyer’s frustration and LFG’s service offering.

Organizing the Offer Around Outcomes

The “Here’s How We’ll Shake Things Up” section introduces the agency’s capabilities through a more structured card system.
Each card connects a service with a practical business outcome, helping visitors understand how separate marketing activities work together.
The page then expands those capabilities into six core areas:

Maximize Your Website’s Potential

The website is presented as the foundation of the conversion journey—not simply a visual asset.
This part of the page connects design and optimization with clearer messaging, stronger calls to action, and improved customer movement.

Maximize Efficiency With Workflow Automation

Automation is positioned around reducing repetitive work, improving speed, and creating more consistent follow-up.
The supporting interface graphics make an otherwise invisible operational service easier to understand.

Maximize Your Lead Conversion

This section focuses on what happens after someone becomes interested.
It connects lead management, follow-up, and conversion systems with the broader objective of turning more opportunities into customers.

Engage Your Audience With Personalized Messaging

Personalization is presented as a way to make communication more relevant rather than sending the same message to every prospect.
This helps connect the agency’s marketing services with customer experience and relationship building.

Achieve Continuous Improvement

The page communicates that marketing performance is not created through a one-time launch.
Ongoing measurement, testing, refinement, and reporting are presented as essential parts of the growth process.

Unlock Marketing Mastery

The final capability brings the individual services together into a more complete strategic system.
Rather than positioning LFG as a provider of isolated deliverables, the experience presents the agency as a partner that can improve the complete marketing and conversion journey.

Making Invisible Services Visual

Several of LFG’s services—automation, conversion systems, optimization, personalization, and continuous improvement—happen behind the scenes.
They are difficult to communicate through copy alone.
I used a combination of:
Dashboard-style visuals
Analytics graphics
Workflow diagrams
Lead-management interfaces
Marketing performance charts
Human imagery
Supporting annotations
Structured service cards
These visuals helped make abstract marketing services feel more concrete.
Visitors could see how the work might affect their website, workflows, messaging, reporting, and customer journey rather than relying only on broad service descriptions.

Creating Strong Visual Contrast

The visual system uses three major layers:
Deep black and dark brown for authority
Warm cream backgrounds for readability
Red-orange accents for energy and conversion actions
The hero creates a bold and high-energy first impression.
The lighter content areas provide room for longer explanations, cards, and diagrams.
The large dark service section then creates a strong midpoint transition and gives the agency’s core capabilities greater visual weight.
This alternating contrast prevents the long page from feeling visually repetitive and helps visitors recognize when the narrative moves from one stage to another.

Using Human Imagery to Balance Technical Content

Marketing systems can quickly feel abstract or overly technical.
The page balances dashboards and workflow graphics with human imagery throughout the service presentation.
This creates a connection between the operational system and the people who use or benefit from it.
The combination helps the website feel both strategically capable and approachable—important for an agency that expects clients to enter an ongoing working relationship.

Building a Progressive Conversion Journey

The complete page was structured as one connected sales argument:
Present the primary business transformation
Establish immediate trust
Introduce the agency through video
Show that established companies already trust the brand
Surface the buyer’s common problems
Reframe those problems as solvable conversion challenges
Introduce LFG’s connected solution
Explain each major service and outcome
Add customer proof
Summarize the potential transformation
Guide the visitor toward booking a conversation
This progression prevents the page from asking for too much commitment too early.
Every section gives visitors another reason to continue, trust the offer, or take action.

Social Proof at the Right Moment

The testimonial wall appears after visitors have already understood:
The problems LFG addresses
The services it provides
How those services connect
The outcomes the agency is working toward
This placement makes the proof more meaningful.
Visitors are not reading generic praise before understanding the offer. They are evaluating customer experiences after learning what the agency actually does.
The testimonial system also gives the page a strong final trust layer before the closing call to action.

A Focused Final Call to Action

The closing section brings the page back to the larger business outcome: growth and improved performance.
Instead of introducing another service or adding more information, the final area simplifies the decision into one clear next step.
The visitor has already seen the transformation, problems, approach, services, proof, and expected outcomes.
The final call to action therefore works as the conclusion of the full narrative rather than an isolated button placed at the bottom of the page.

Responsive Development

I developed the complete experience in Framer using reusable components, responsive layouts, and consistent interaction patterns. The structure was built to preserve the long-form sales narrative while making future content, service, and testimonial updates easier to manage.
Particular attention was given to:
Keeping the hero readable on mobile
Preserving the video’s visual importance
Stacking problem and solution content clearly
Reorganizing multi-column service cards
Maintaining legible dashboard visuals
Adapting the long dark service section
Keeping testimonials easy to scan
Maintaining appropriate CTA visibility
Simplifying motion on smaller screens
Preserving consistent spacing throughout the page
The mobile experience was treated as its own conversion journey rather than a compressed version of the desktop design.

The Result

The completed website transformed LFG’s broad marketing offer into a clearer and more structured B2B sales journey.
The project delivered:
A clearer agency value proposition
Stronger information and offer hierarchy
Better organization of multiple services
A progressive problem-to-solution narrative
More concrete presentation of abstract services
Stronger trust through video, logos, and testimonials
A clearer path toward booking a call
A consistent long-form visual system
Responsive production implementation
Reusable sections for future website updates
The result was not simply a more polished marketing website.
It gave LFG a more coherent way to explain how its services work together, demonstrate credibility, and
