Revamping a Mobile App for Enhanced User Experience

The Problem
Editing pins take too many steps (4-6 steps), which makes users err and confused when they:
1. Accidentally pin to the wrong board.
2. Want to delete an older pin from a board.
The Solution
Simplify the user flow by reducing the number of steps via two additional features:
1. Undo/ Move Function
2. Trash Can Button
The Impact
Decreased user error rates from:
50% to 17% for editing pin location.
60% to 10% for deleting older pin.
100% found the new features more intuitive.
