NEM HEALTH
NEM Health is a health maintenance organisation (HMO) under NEM Insurance Plc, one of Nigeria’s established insurance providers. Their mission is to make quality healthcare accessible, reliable, and affordable for individuals, families, corporations, and communities both inside and outside Nigeria.
The Problem
NEM Health’s website wasn’t working for users:
Information was scattered and hard to understand.
On mobile, the experience broke down completely.
Outdated website with poor navigation.
