Sport Lisboa e Benfica @ Sara

I joined SL Benfica's Social Media team in july 2017. My main responsibilities were Copywriting and Community Management, managing in real time and planning content across all platforms.

I managed all the Club’s accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, Giphy, etc.), covering live events (matches, press conferences, etc.), I organised the team’s weekly schedule and did most of the behind-the-scenes work. I was also the person behind SL Benfica’s English Twitter account. When I joined the team, we had around 16k followers, with little to no activity on the account, and at the time of my departure we had surpassed 120k followers.
