Creating the social strategy for Queen Hemp Company on TikTok and Instagram was an exciting venture. We understood that both platforms cater to a dynamic and young audience who crave engaging, original content.
Process:
Setting KPIs: Define clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, conversions, and follower growth to track the success of your social strategy.
Identifying Target Audience: Understand the demographics, preferences, and behaviors of your audience on each platform to tailor content effectively, focusing on education, wellness, and lifestyle.
Establishing Brand Voice + Tone: Maintain a warm, knowledgeable, and trustworthy voice that positions Queen Hemp Company as an authority in the hemp space while fostering community engagement.
Cross-Posting Strategy: Adapt content for different platforms while ensuring compliance with each platform’s CBD advertising policies. Focus on educational posts, customer testimonials, and product highlights.
Influencer Campaigns: Collaborate with influencers who align with Queen Hemp Company's values and can authentically promote the benefits of CBD within regulatory guidelines.
Content Buckets + Cadence: Establish key content categories, such as hemp education, customer stories, product spotlights, behind-the-scenes insights, and promotional updates. Maintain a consistent posting schedule (every 2-3 days).
Calendar in Notion: Use Notion or a similar tool to manage a content calendar, schedule posts, track performance, and ensure compliance with promotional guidelines.
