The Brief

LiveFlow is actively rewriting the rules of modern finance. They united Accounting, AP/AR, and FP&A into a single AI-native ERP, eliminating the late-night spreadsheet gymnastics that plague financial teams. They built a category-defying tool, but their online presence was holding the map upside down. They needed a brand system and web experience that matched the groundbreaking velocity of their product.

The Disconnect

LiveFlow had outgrown its launch-era branding. While the product was pushing into uncharted territory, the visual identity looked like a generic SaaS identity.
Before launch, the best version of LiveFlow lived on a separated section on the site split off from the main navigation, while the main domain still wore the old identity. Users felt like they were jumping between two completely different companies.

The Identity

We started by dismantling every single B2B trope in sight while keeping the bones of the brand equity that had already been built.
LiveFlow’s mission is to bring genuine joy to finance workflows. We anchored the brand system directly to that promise and built a brand identity leveraging engaging color palettes, dynamic typography, kinetic motion, custom illustration, and a voice that speaks like a human instead of a press release.

The Web Build

The homepage had to do the heaviest lifting. It needed to introduce two distinct flagship products side by side without making either one feel like a second-rate consolation prize. We engineered a dual-path layout that gave equal authority to both offerings while keeping the user journey crystal clear.
We rebuilt the entire web presence in Framer to close the gap between domains. The goal was simple: create a cohesive, frictionless front door that felt as smooth as the software itself.

The System

A rebrand is only as good as its execution. Once the homepage structure was locked, we expanded the system into dedicated feature, integration, and industry pages. All pulling queues from the launch website made by Wenlaunch.
We built a modular component library in Framer so the LiveFlow team could scale up new pages in minutes without breaking the design laws.

The Aftermath

What started as a fragmented digital presence turned into a well oiled growth machine.
One Unified Experience: Destroyed the gap between subdomains, bringing the entire product ecosystem under one cohesive roof.
Dual-Product Clarity: Positioned two major platform capabilities simultaneously with zero friction or messaging confusion.
Production Speed: Equipped the internal team with a modular Framer design system for rapid, seamless page creation.
Category Dominance: Shifted LiveFlow out of the generic SaaS sea and into a distinct, high-personality visual class of its own.
