E-commerce 3D icons: glass, chrome and one coral accent

Most e-commerce icon sets we kept dropping into client checkout screens were soft clay in pastel colours. Friendly, but interchangeable. For this set of 14 icons we kept the shapes playful and changed the materials.

Every object is thick translucent glass. Anything that would be metal in real life, the bag handles, the cart frame, the gift ribbon, the card rim, is polished chrome. One blue to violet gradient runs through the whole set, so a cart and a coupon look like they came off the same shelf.

Each icon gets a single small coral detail: the inside of the bag, the chip on the card, the tick on the deal tag, the lights on the van, the knot on the gift. It gives the eye somewhere to land when the icon is tiny, and every icon had to still read at 24px.
