As the Head of Marketing for a global call center studio brand primarily serving the U.S., I identified a strategic opportunity to expand into the Philippine market. To capitalize on this, I developed and executed a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, which involved event sponsorship, targeted advertising, and strategic partnerships. The results exceeded expectations and solidified the brand's position in the region.

Goals:
Establish the brand in the Philippine market.
Build awareness and generate qualified leads.
Forge partnerships and create long-term business opportunities.
Strategy: To enter the market effectively, I implemented a multi-pronged approach:
Strategic Event Sponsorship:
Partnered with key organizations to become the gold sponsor of a prominent event for call center company managers.
Organized all event logistics remotely, ensuring seamless branding across marketing materials and merchandise such as banners, t-shirts, brochures etc.
Targeted Awareness Campaign:
Launched a $50,000 video and banner ad campaign aimed at increasing brand and product awareness.
Directed traffic to a specialized landing page designed for the event to capture leads and measure campaign performance.
Execution:
Curated an engaging exhibition booth experience aligned with the brand’s identity.
Leveraged digital platforms to amplify the event’s reach and attract a focused audience.
Coordinated efforts with local partners to ensure relevance and cultural alignment.
Results:
Achieved over 50 qualified lead form submissions from a highly targeted audience.
Established partnerships that contributed to the brand’s ongoing success in the region.
Outperformed expectations for a niche, management-focused event, driving sustained business growth in the Philippine market over the last three years.
Key Learnings: This project demonstrated the power of combining in-person event marketing with digital advertising to penetrate new markets. It also highlighted the importance of partnerships and precise audience targeting in achieving tangible business outcomes.
