Ecommerce Analytics Dashboard in Looker Studio

Developed a 5-page Ecommerce Analytics Report in Looker Studio using BigQuery public dataset "thelook_ecommerce." Combined multiple tables — Orders, Products, Order Items, and Users — through advanced SQL joins to create a unified view. The connected dataset enabled rich, interactive dashboards showing sales, customer, and product insights. Leveraged BigQuery, SQL, and Looker Studio to deliver a powerful data-driven visualization.

Developed a comprehensive 5-page Ecommerce Analytics Dashboard using Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, and SQL to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

The project was based on the public dataset “thelook_ecommerce”, which includes real-world ecommerce data. I combined multiple relational tables — orders, order_items, products, and users — using advanced SQL joins, CTEs, and aggregations to build a clean, unified data model inside BigQuery.

After preparing and optimizing the data model, I created a BigQuery View to enhance performance and simplify future maintenance. This view was directly connected to Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), allowing seamless data refresh and interactive visualizations.

The final report consisted of 5 interactive dashboards, showcasing key ecommerce metrics such as sales performance, profit analysis, customer segmentation, traffic sources, and regional sales trends.

Each dashboard was designed with clarity and visual storytelling in mind, enabling business stakeholders to explore their data dynamically. This project demonstrates my expertise in BigQuery SQL, data modeling, MySQL, ETL workflows, data visualization, and dashboard development using Power BI and Looker Studio.

It reflects my ability to connect multiple data sources, automate reporting pipelines, and deliver professional analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
