BRIEF Under the heading and theme of “Integreon Strong” a new culture statement and a defined set of core values has been developed. These values will serve as a guidepost for how we interact and work together, recruit new employees, and will set the tone for the entire company. With the content finalized, we now need to develop a look and feel for the program that can be extended across a variety of assets for the rollout, promotion, and ongoing reinforcement of the program. Because this is for and about Integreon, we want the design concept to come from within the organization and therefore have created a design challenge around this important initiative.

ABOUT Integreon Culture Design Challenge is open to all members of the company’s global design teams. Participants were asked to provide ideas and concepts for presenting, rolling out, and promoting the company’s new core values.

What comes into mind when you hear “Integreon Strong”

It's always the people behind the company, from the associates up to the management team. Amidst the challenges it faces, it stays united and strong throughout the years. Integreonis highly innovative when it comes to addressing certain challenges both inside and out of the company. IntegreonStrong simply means Integrated, Unifiedand Innovative. It has been evolved and developed to what it is now—One IntegreonStrong.

CONCEPTS
Under the heading and theme of “Integreon Strong” —a new culture statement and a defined set of core values have been developed that will serve as a guidepost for the audience to interact and work together, recruit new employees, and set the tone for the entire company.
A more cohesive identity system by making use of the current color pallette of the brand highly emphasized as the primary representation of a diverse audience with a playful combination of geometric elements to add vibrance and a joyful look and feel celebrated by a community of people valued as the prime resource and fuel that drives the entire company.

Received the #switchedON award—an annual recognition for an outstanding new employee who demonstrates diligence and determination exemplifying professionalism and dedication to the company’s goals and mission

Intensified collaboration across all departments and global teams that resulted in increased employee engagement and satisfaction rate to an average of 35% in the Q1 of 2021
Gained confidence and stronger relationship with clients and stakeholders that lead to more business opportunities and expansion of the department doubling the number of manpower compared to the previous year
Crafted and developed an identity that represents a body of 200+ associates comprised of operators, workflow, and supports —resulting in increased engagement and competency among teams within the department
