Bear Grit was built on a clear purpose — empowering parents and enriching families through fitness. What started as a logo request quickly became something bigger. Through strategic workshops and deep discovery, I helped the team define exactly who they were, who they served, and what made them different. From there I built a complete brand identity system — logo suite, typography, color architecture, and brand guidelines — designed to scale across marketing, digital, and merchandise from day one.

Problem

Bear Grit had passion and purpose but no brand to show for it. Visual decisions were being made on preference rather than strategy — creating inconsistency across everything they put out. In a saturated fitness and wellness market, looking like everyone else isn't just a design problem, it's a business problem. My role extended well beyond creating a logo. I needed to help translate genuine passion into a focused brand framework that could guide every decision going forward — visual and otherwise. That meant running workshops, asking hard questions, and pushing back when ideas pulled away from the core purpose. Solution

Every visual decision that followed was made against that compass. The final identity communicates strength, empowerment, and trusted expertise — built to resonate with parents who want results and a community they can trust.
