Real Estate Ad #2
Marketing is one of the biggest hurdles for a business, especially smaller private firms. Humor is an excellent engaging way to make your product services known, while leaving a memorable impression.
A Real Estate Agent recently reached out to me to write a funny/engaging ad for his Youtube Business page. I wrote him two 30-second ads. Script 2 was intended for a holiday ad—although, it can be used as a general ad as well. This script was a little more complicated with the use of props, but added to a delicious ending.
Script 2:
FADE IN:
INT. DINING ROOM TABLE - DAY
A MAN wearing an elf costume, or a shirt that says "homeowner", is sitting at a table with a poorly constructed gingerbread house on it.
MAN
Are you thinking about selling your home, because it has minor issues, like this?

MAN grabs two GINGERBREAD MEN WITH SUITS and motions them over to the Gingerbread home.
