The project
Šahovski klub Dubica needed a lasting home for its club information, history and photographs. I designed and developed a bilingual website in Serbian Latin and English, while keeping news and upcoming tournaments on the club’s existing Facebook channel.
My contribution
I handled visual direction, information architecture, responsive development, accessibility, technical SEO, production checks and handover. The Next.js site uses a static export with local images, video and fonts. Keyboard navigation and reduced-motion support help make the pages accessible.
What this delivers
The club receives a focused website without a CMS, database or paid application runtime to maintain. This was a one-time build and handover. For a similar organization, I can turn existing material into a clear, responsive website and agree a practical publishing approach before development.
