Callidus OS | React & Firebase Clinic SaaS Development

A clinic-management web application built for UK aesthetic clinics, bringing scheduling, patient records and billing into one multi-tenant interface. This case study documents my design and development contribution during the engagement.

I handled the interface and application implementation in React, TypeScript and Firebase, including the data structure, clinic-specific access, staff roles and operational workflows. The focus of this example is the software I implemented and the technical responsibilities I covered.

The delivered development work connected appointment scheduling, patient records and invoicing within one web application. Each clinic has its own data scope, role-based access and configuration. This portfolio entry covers my contribution during the engagement; later product changes and business operations are outside that scope.
