My main goal in this position was to get more students to join our organization. Since I joined during the COVID-19 lockdown while classes were online, this had to be done virtually. By posting memorable content regularly, hosting online events, and engaging with our audience I was able to increase our Instagram following by 300% and recruitment rate by 200%!
