I faced several challenges with the website's design and how well it converted visitors into customers. Redesigning the website to look good and work well on different devices was a big task. I also had to make the website easier to navigate, which helped keep visitors engaged and reduced the number of people who left without doing anything. Another challenge was speeding up the website to ensure it loads quickly for everyone. Finally, I constantly tested and adjusted parts of the website, like buttons and pages, to increase the chances that visitors would make a purchase.
