Located on the outskirts of Budapest, this development offers a tailor-made lifestyle designed for modern creatives and young professionals.
The visual concept for Segue Residential Development’s brand identity blends historical reverence with contemporary boldness. It juxtaposes modern geometric precision with organic historical narratives, using black and white to honor the Bauhaus tradition and vibrant orange to symbolize innovation.
Vertical and concentric circular patterns visually echo the Danube waves and the site’s broadcasting heritage, merging old and new. Keywords such as Geometric, Impulsive, and Bold manifest in sharp lines and high contrast, aligning with Segue’s theme of honoring the past while embracing the future. This visual narrative offers a living space that respects history while embracing modernity, giving it a new voice in the contemporary era.
