Project Overview

A strategic website redesign for Avacasa, a premium platform for curated holiday homes and managed farmlands. The goal was to transform a cluttered, low-conversion site into a streamlined user journey that felt trustworthy and premium, positioning it not as 'another property portal,' but as an exclusive, high-trust marketplace for discovering and acquiring lifestyle properties.

Avacasa's website was not converting visitors into leads. An initial audit revealed the following:

The Solution

Grounded in research that 73% of buyers rank location as essential, I designed a new, intuitive user experience. The solution focused on:
Clarifying the User Journey: Introducing two primary CTAs ("List your property" for sellers) and ("Book a Consultation" for buyers) in prominent, logical locations.
Improving Property Discovery: Replacing a static page with an interactive, upfront showcase of listings, complete with key data like price and size.
Building an Advanced Search: Implementing a robust search bar with filters for location, budget, and type, as well as an integrated map view to provide crucial location context.
