For example, a coffee shop based out of Nashik wanted to differentiate their parcel orders - whether from an online platform or a customer pickup. Parcel/Take-away orders get split across 3 mediums - Swiggy, Zomato and Pickup from store. The cafe staff would make mistakes to note items on the parcel bag or miss out something. Sometimes a Swiggy delivery executive would pickup a Zomato order in rush.

An easy yet practical solution was provided to the client. Client saw an increase in 25% order management improvement over a very basic change. Basic changes like these can surely take your brand places.
