EagleRider Website UI/UX Redesign Reimagining the Ride of a Lifetime
I had the incredible opportunity to lead the UI/UX redesign for EagleRider, the world's largest motorcycle rental and tour company. Known for fueling the spirit of adventure and freedom, EagleRider needed a digital presence that matched the power, energy, and emotion of their iconic rides.
The project kicked off with deep research into EagleRider’s customer journey — from motorcycle enthusiasts dreaming of Route 66 adventures, to travelers planning bucket-list tours across the Wild West. Through customer personas, competitor analysis, and user flow mapping, I identified key friction points and opportunities to enhance engagement, trust, and conversion.
Design Approach: The visual design draws inspiration from open roads, rugged landscapes, and the thrill of the ride. I crafted a bold, immersive look that feels both premium and accessible. Every interaction — from browsing available bikes to booking a tour — was simplified for clarity and speed. The design system is modular, scalable, and mobile-first, ensuring a flawless experience across all devices.

Special attention was given to high-impact areas:
Booking Flow: I streamlined the reservation process into intuitive, bite-sized steps to reduce drop-offs and encourage faster bookings.
Tours Discovery: I introduced visual storytelling with rich media integration, allowing users to feel the adventure before they even hit the road.
Membership Experience: Club EagleRider was reimagined as a compelling, easy-to-understand subscription offering with clear value highlights.
Community Connection: Subtle social proof elements — like customer stories, ratings, and real trip highlights — were woven throughout the design to build trust.

Challenges & Wins: One of the biggest challenges was balancing the needs of three distinct user types: renters, tour participants, and members. I addressed this by creating smart navigation pathways that allow each user to quickly find what they’re looking for without feeling overwhelmed.
Post-launch, the redesign delivered measurable results:
Higher engagement rates across key landing pages
Increased mobile bookings
Improved Club EagleRider membership conversions
Stronger brand perception and customer retention

Conclusion: This project was more than just a website redesign — it was about crafting an experience that captures the essence of freedom on two wheels. With a focus on emotion, usability, and brand storytelling, the new EagleRider site empowers users to chase their next great adventure with confidence.
