Porsche Experience Center Atlanta: Retail Store Sales Floor Analysis Our inventory management was very tedious and hard to keep in order sometimes with large orders arriving in anticipation of an onsite event or special event. We completed monthly inventory counts. This was obviously unsustainable and there were standards that could be improved upon or strategized better. I pulled sales numbers from the previous year, re-evaluated the sales floor at present, and then made my recommendations based on 8+ years retail experience and collaborating with my fellow manager on the analytics results for full validity of design.
