Crafting Consistency: My Journey with Editorial Guidelines at NCR

In 2021, I embarked on an exciting journey with NCR, a leading technology company. One of my key responsibilities was to create and update editorial guidelines that would ensure consistency across the company's various platforms and products. This project was not just about establishing rules; it was about crafting a unified voice and ensuring a seamless experience for our audience.

The Challenge
