In 2021, I began my professional journey at NCR as an intern. One of my primary tasks--and one that I continued for my tenure at the company--was to assist with maintaining the company's documentation site, a crucial resource for both internal teams and external users. This project, which continues to this day, was a significant part of my role and an ongoing learning experience.

The documentation site at NCR is a vital tool, housing essential information for various stakeholders. When I first joined, the site needed consistent updates and improvements to keep up with the evolving products and technologies. The challenge was not just to maintain the site but to ensure it operated smoothly and efficiently, providing users with accurate and up-to-date information.

Working on this project involved several key steps:
