In September 2023, Maiden Home, a luxury home furnishings brand, launched its first retail store. The store and marketing activities were designed to enable deep clienteling and represent the repositioned brand's luxury value proposition. A comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy was implemented to generate pre-launch buzz, resulting in double-digit growth within the first six months, despite being a period of low seasonality.
