Picnic Day Ecommerce Website

As part of my focus on e-commerce websites, I created the Picnic Day template for Squarespace. This vibrant, colorful template is based on the concept of a delivery pop-up picnic store. Order online, picnic in the park. I created the concept, designed graphics, wrote the playful copy, and developed the site on Squarespace.

My inspiration stemmed from the boho picnic style made so popular during the pandemic--a little whimsical, playful, but still refined enough to make it pin-worthy. I used rounded corners and fluid shapes and movement to create an interactive experience when scrolling the site.

I created a custom CSS card section for the testimonials that alternates text snippets and images. It's built on Squarespace's blog platform and gives users a free way to add interactive testimonials without purchasing a plugin.
