I observed that most summer desserts are positioned either as heavy indulgences or as fun treats for children, leaving little space for a brand that speaks to women who enjoy light, refreshing pleasures without guilt. At the same time, many women today are health-conscious and want something that is healthy and at the same time fulfills their cravings. This called for the creation of Sorbeto, a fruit sorbet brand built around the idea of being natural, fresh, and a little chic
