As a Lead UX Researcher and Designer, I've driven significant improvements in two key Raiven products: App.Raiven and our internal CSM Solution.

App.Raiven is our B2B and B2C dashboard, designed to streamline purchasing and project management. Through extensive user research, heuristic analysis, and UX debt evaluation, I led the team in creating a solution that increased spend, revenue, and retention for both user types.

Our internal CSM Solution aimed to reduce onboarding time and provide a more cohesive experience for new clients and our internal team. By prioritizing user needs and conducting thorough research, we accelerated onboarding and improved overall efficiency.
