Mobile App for Simplifying Property & Rent Management

Designed a mobile app called Nest to streamline property and rent management for landlords. The app provides a centralised homepage to manage multiple properties, track utilities, and monitor tenant details. With features like in-app rent payments, contract management, and a built-in chat for seamless communication between landlords and tenants, Nest makes managing properties intuitive and efficient. My role as a product designer was to craft a user-friendly interface that simplifies complex workflows while enhancing the landlord-tenant experience.

To ensure a seamless experience, I focused on designing clear and intuitive navigation for landlords to access critical information about their properties and tenants quickly. The app also features a clean dashboard for tracking rent payments and contract statuses at a glance, reducing the administrative burden. By incorporating tools like in-app messaging and real-time notifications, I created a design that fosters better communication and transparency between landlords and tenants. The end result is a modern, user-friendly solution tailored to simplify property management.
