Management Dashboard Designs for SOC & ISO Compliance

Designed a comprehensive dashboard for CertifAId, a platform that streamlines the process of obtaining SOC and ISO certifications. The dashboard centralizes applications, tracks certification progress, and provides users with an intuitive interface to manage all their compliance needs in one place. My role involved creating a user-friendly and visually appealing design to simplify complex workflows and enhance usability for compliance professionals.

My role in the project was as a Lead Product Designer responsible for UX/UI and design handoff. The deliverables consisted of:

interactive prototypes

design system & UI library

developer handoff materials (annotated files & component specifications)

The most complex task in this process was to simplify complex processes and creating engaging user experiences. My designs reduced the time and effort required for users to apply for and track certifications by centralizing all processes in one intuitive dashboard.

I created user-friendly interfaces with clear navigation and actionable insights that improved the overall experience for compliance professionals, reducing frustration and increasing engagement.

By using a developer-friendly approach I managed to speed up the implementation process, reducing development costs and ensuring consistency for future platform updates.
