At Trialfacts, I led and managed the Advertising department for medical clinical trials in Australia and the United States. My responsibilities included driving continuous improvement in recruitment channels, enhancing the Advertising Team's efficiency, and optimizing client interactions. Ensuring recruitment KPIs were consistently met, I implemented solutions to address any underperformance. I brainstormed and executed new growth strategies through digital marketing, developing actionable, data-driven insights to inform our marketing strategy. As a member of the Leadership/Executive team, I contributed to key business decisions and managed the performance optimization of digital marketing channels.
