I developed a comprehensive Brand and Marketing strategy for Nexgrill, a barbeque brand based in the US, Europe, Australia and South Africa. It encompassed a comprehensive overhaul designed to competitively position the brand in the market. This project included a visual rebranding initiative, updating the brand's positioning to resonate more effectively with target audiences. Additionally, we developed a robust in-store retail strategy tailored for HomeDepot, enhancing product visibility and customer engagement. The online strategy was updated for Amazon, ensuring optimal product listings and leveraging digital marketing techniques. A complete new content strategy was implemented, focusing on engaging and informative content to attract and retain customers, solidifying Nexgrill's competitive edge in the barbeque market.
