About the Project: Libra, a startup uniting entrepreneurs through mindful networking, lacked a personalized platform, resulting in limited connections, fragmented communication, and missed engagement insights.

The goal of the project was to build a communication module to foster authentic connections, streamline interactions, and enhance user engagement.

My process involved collaborating with CEO to define milestones for a three-month project, managed sprints, oversaw the code repository, coordinated with the offshore team for seamless integration, delivered concise product reports, and ensured a smooth handoff.

We delivered Swift based user interfaces for direct messaging, video/audio calls, and a unique two-way call feature promoting Libra’s core brand values.
