About the Project: Meals on Wheels faced inefficiencies with paper-based delivery systems, causing errors, limited updates, and missed data insights while catering for 2.4 million seniors annually.

The goal of the project was to develop a mobile application that simplifies volunteer management and optimizes delivery services.

My process involved refining user research and application design, collaborating with Meals on Wheels and NUEVA to define a three-month scope, onboarding and aligning the SWE team, implementing sprint-based development, and maintaining weekly stakeholder touch points.

We delivered A Django-React delivery app integrated with Salesforce, enabling volunteer authentication, dynamic meal and route tracking, and real-time delivery and wellness feedback to enhance CRM.
