About the Project: Managing hundreds of daily emails in a high-pressure banking environment was overwhelming, with workflows struggling to prioritize critical messages and adapt to increasing volumes.

The goal of the project was to create a unified Email Management Platform (EMP) to streamline and enhance email handling.

My process included collaborating with banking professionals to identify pain points, evaluating Python vs Java development, defining a two-month project scope, conducting weekly sprints, and engaging stakeholders.

We delivered a Python-based Outlook tool with sentiment analysis, urgency detection, hierarchy-based ranking, summarization, and a data dashboard showing sentiment/urgency trends.
