This project focuses on designing a mobile application in the field of Medical Technology that centralizes healthcare services into one unified platform.
The app enables patients to book doctor appointments, schedule medical tests and imaging services, access online consultations, and receive reminders—all in one place.
The goal was to simplify the patient journey by reducing fragmentation and creating a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly healthcare experience.
Problem
Healthcare today feels fragmented and stressful for many users.
People often need different services like doctor appointments, online consultations, medical tests, imaging, and medication—but these are usually spread across multiple platforms.
As a result, users waste time switching between services, struggle to find what they need quickly, and often forget appointments or lose track of prescriptions.
This creates a disconnected healthcare experience instead of a simple, unified journey.
Goals
The goal of this project is to simplify healthcare access by bringing all essential services into one platform.
Make it easy to book doctor appointments and medical services

I worked as a UI/UX Designer for this project, focusing on simplifying the healthcare experience and designing an intuitive flow from booking to consultation.

Simplifying the Booking Process
I reduced the number of steps required to book an appointment, allowing users to complete the process quickly without unnecessary friction.
Prioritizing Quick Actions
Key actions such as “Book Appointment” and “Consult Now” were placed prominently to help users access services instantly.
Organizing Services Clearly
I grouped healthcare services into clear categories (appointments, tests, consultations, and medications) to reduce confusion and improve navigation.
Centralizing Patient Information
Prescriptions and appointment history were stored in one place to help users easily access important medical information without losing it.
Reducing Missed Appointments
I introduced reminders and notifications to ensure users stay informed and avoid missing their scheduled appointments.
Designing for Busy Users
The overall experience was designed to be fast and intuitive, minimizing user effort and allowing tasks to be completed in just a few steps.

It also strengthened my understanding of designing systems rather than individual screens, where multiple services work together in one platform.
Overall, this project improved my UX thinking and ability to focus on user needs, simplicity, and efficiency.
