Andy Cole's company, 0260labs, is a real estate appointment setter that generated more than a million dollars in revenue in 2024.
At first, he had a very basic one-section website. The objective is to revamp his one-section website into a modern, user-friendly design and robust functionality to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
Project Work Process
To kickstart the project, I conducted a comprehensive competitive audit of leading real estate appointment setters. This provided valuable insights into the industry's information architecture, helping me understand the essential website page sections to incorporate into the 0260Labs landing page.
Following this, I collaborated with 0260Labs's Founder & CEO (Andy) to grasp the essence he wanted his company to convey. This foundational understanding guided the subsequent design decisions, ensuring alignment with the client's brand identity.
Wireframing and Information Architecture
The next phase involves creating user flows and wireframes, focusing on the optimal page structure and information flow. Each section was carefully crafted, carefully considering UX best practices. The wireframes served as a blueprint for the subsequent design stages.
After showing the wireframe to the client, he approved and we moved to the design phase.
Design Iterations
The design process splits into creating a design system that includes a colour system, a typeface system, and other necessary components.
These components were intentionally curated to resonate with 0260Labs's brand while maintaining a visually appealing and cohesive design.
In collaboration with 0260Labs, I took the role of UX/UI Designer to design and build (in Framer) their digital presence through a visually compelling website.
