W’s Bakershop – UX Strategy & Website Re-design for a Bold Cake Brand
I led the UX strategy and web design for W’s Bakershop, a bakery known for its expressive, hand-drawn cake designs and playful brand voice. This project combined user research, competitive analysis, and business alignment to create a seamless e-commerce experience tailored to a younger, social media-savvy audience.
I applied a strategic design process (inspired by Joe Natoli’s UX strategy approach) to balance business goals—like increasing online sales and brand visibility—with user needs such as quick ordering, visual browsing, and support access. The final design featured a vibrant, user-friendly interface that mirrors the brand’s bold personality while simplifying the purchase journey.
The result: a user-centered e-commerce strategy that drives conversion and strengthens brand identity.
