Situation:
In a saturated coffee market, many brands relied heavily on marketing rather than the quality of their product. Finding good coffee and understanding it had become a challenge for consumers.
Action:
Code Hein Coffee Co. decided to address this issue by conducting UX/UI research to understand coffee enthusiasts' needs. We focused on making coffee culture and education accessible. We also incorporated an unconventional theme inspired by oddities, horror, and serial killer documentaries to stand out.
We then planned and designed our website, branding, and packaging based on these insights.
Results:
This transformation laid the foundation for our successful digital marketing initiatives. Our unique approach and educational content resonated with a diverse audience, building a dedicated customer base and establishing us as a brand that offered both great coffee and education.
